Tim Elder is a Texas native, relocating to San Angelo, Tx. with his family in 1963. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. As a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated a company specializing in the construction of custom homes, Tim gained the neccessary skills and knowledge to coordinate complex projects. Upon completion of his real estate education at Texas A & M University of Commerce, Tim began his career with Coldwell Banker Patterson Properties. After establishing his client base, he moved his real estate practice into the offices of ERA Newlin & Vincent Realty. Current hobbies include designing and building a personal residential home, spending time with family and traveling.
